Baseball Concludes Fall Slate With Home Contest against New Mexico State

FULLERTON, Calif. – Cal State Fullerton is set to conclude its 2018 fall schedule with an exhibition contest vs New Mexico State, Saturday at noon out at Goodwin Field. Admission is free for all fans.

The Titans and Aggies will play two nine innings contests. The first will begin at noon PT, while the second will start 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first one.

New Mexico State is coming off a 2018 season that saw them finish 40-22 overall to go along with a Western Athletic Conference mark of 17-7. New Mexico State finished second in the WAC just behind Grand Canyon, but earned an automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament by winning the WAC Tournament title.

Fullerton's incoming class made up off 18 newcomers (12 freshmen and six junior college transfers) is tops in the Big West Conference and the fourth highest on the West Coast according to the rankings, falling just behind UCLA, Arizona and USC.
