Q: What do you enjoy the most about being President of Cal State Fullerton, the leader of our Titans Community?

A: The students - being able to see the future in them is the most enjoyable. Talking with the students and hearing their stories and dreams helps make this job, not feel like a job but more of a mission, a lifestyle.

Q: What has been the most memorable athletics event you've attended at Cal State Fullerton?

A: There are so many memorable moments, that it is hard to pinpoint just one. There's the walk-off home run at Stanford two years ago that sent us to the Super Regionals, Men's Basketball playing in March Madness in Detroit, this weekend's soccer double-header, to the end of the year student-athlete banquet; but, the one that sticks out the most was the No One Fights Alone Softball game in honor and support of Taylor Dockins. Everyone who came out to support wore green in honor of Taylor's battle with liver cancer. That game was what college athletics is all about. Both teams coming together and supporting each other.

Q: Why would you say you are the Titans' #1 Fan?

A: I go to more athletics events than anyone else, some may go to more of one team's events, but I go try to go to all sports. No matter how the team is doing, I am there!

Q: Have you already begun training for the Faculty/Staff vs. Students Pachyderm halftime game to be hosted later in our basketball season?

A: I never train. If I train, that means there are expectations for me to be better. I will shoot a few baskets before the game and that's it.  The game is always a good time!

Be the Team behind our Team.  Titans Athletics launches new social media and awareness campaign #BehindTheTitans.  This campaign has been created to highlight and thank so many of our loyal supporters. This will give fans a behind the scenes look at practices, pre-game, and stories of fans and more! We want to let them know they are the team behind our Titans. These posts, which will include a Q and A with the individual chosen to give a more in depth look into what makes them Behind the Titans, will be featured every Tuesday, on #TitansTuesday. Be sure to follow our social media accounts to see who will be featured next!
