Erin Bridgewater joined Cal State Fullerton in November of 2018 as the academic counselor for Men’s and Women’s Track & Field and Softball student-athletes.
Erin came to CSF from USC where she was an Academic Counselor at the University of Southern California from December 2016 to October 2018. While at USC, Erin coordinated all academic support for Men’s and Women’s Indoor Volleyball and Women’s Rowing. Additionally, she managed the Academic Progress Rate and Graduation Success Rate for all student-athletes at USC as the main point person for projecting, maintaining, and projecting APR and GSR documents to the NCAA annually.
Prior to a counselor, Erin was the Executive Assistant to the Senior Associate Athletic Director overseeing academics at USC as well as a completing a yearlong graduate assistantship as she completed her Master’s.
A native of Bay City, Michigan, Bridgewater attended the University of Michigan and graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. While at Michigan, Erin was a four-year letter winner in diving on the Swimming and Diving team, competing in 1 and 3 meter springboards as well as platform. Erin completed a Master’s of Education in Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership in June 2015 from the University of Washington. Erin and her fiancé Tony reside in Fullerton, California and are getting married in May 2019.
