Timothy Jackson is entering his fifth year at Cal State Fullerton, where he manages the department's ESPN+ broadcast operations, delivering more thanĀ 150 athletic events annually. Ā He has played a significant role in the growth of the Titans Sports Network, a collaborative partnership between Athletics and the College of Communications.Ā Ā Tim is also beginning his fourth year heading all athletic facilities, staff,Ā events, and rentals, including the management and installation of both existing and new video and scoreboard systems, facility upgrades, and other departmental technology. In addition, he serves as the sport supervisor for the Men’s and Women’s Water Polo programs. He also served as tournament director for the inaugural Big West Baseball and Softball Championships hosted by CSUF.

Beyond his operational responsibilities, Timothy serves on the Orange County Sports Commission Advisory Board and is currently the Vice President of the CSUF Black Faculty and Staff Association (BFSA).

Previously, Tim served as Director of Digital and Video Distribution for the Big West, where he played a key role in expanding the conference’s ESPN Campus Production Initiative—successfully positioning all member institutions to produce live events on ESPN+ beginning in Fall 2021. In this capacity, he also oversaw instant replay operations, managed conference-wide film exchange workflows, and led the coordination and implementation of DVSport officials’ review systems across all Big West campuses.

Prior to his time with the Big West, Tim served as Assistant Athletics Director of Video at the University of Idaho. He has also held positions including Director of Football Media at the University of Wyoming, with additional experience at New Mexico State, the Big 12 Conference, and the University of Miami.

A native of Prince George’s County, Maryland, Tim earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Howard University and a master’s degree in Sport Administration from the University of Miami.

He currently resides in Irvine, California, with his wife, Aulia, and their two children, Orion and Everly.
