Kyle Duncan is in his first season as the Titans' volunteer assistant coach.

He comes to Fullerton as one of the head coaches of the Mavericks Volleyball Club in Corona, Calif., where he has been teaching volleyball since 2004. Duncan guided his 2008 squad to qualify for the Junior Olympics U16, and a Top 20 finish ranked by the SCVA.

Duncan was the head coach at Colony High School (Ontario, Calif.) in 2005 and 2006, and at Gage Middle School in 2003 and 2004. He began his coaching career in 1993 as a student assistant at Antelope Valley College.

Hailing from Ontario, Calif., Duncan earned his bachelors (biology, 2001) and masters (science) degrees from Cal State San Bernardino.

Duncan has been teaching middle and high school for the past eight years and is currently a biology teacher at Colony High School in Ontario, Calif.
