JUNIOR (2007-08) Finished 1-13 overall in singles play, including an 0-8 mark in dual matches... posted a 2-8 record in doubles play with three different partners.
SOPHOMORE (2006-07): Posted a 5-17 overall record in singles play, including a 5-13 mark in dual matches... saw the most playing time at the No. 5 spot, competing in eight matches... went 2-1 at No. 6... won four of her final six singles matches, all in straight sets... played mostly at No. 2 doubles with teammate Shelly Injejikian, posting a 7-7 overall record, and finished 7-12 overall... the duo won five straight doubles matches at one point in late March/early April.
FRESHMAN (2005-06): Struggled through an injury-plagued rookie season to a 5-21 overall singles record and a 4-18 mark in dual matches... won three of four singles contests at one point in March, including winning back-to-back matches on March 15 and 18 against Erica Moldenhouer of Gonzaga and Molly Smith from Illinois-Chicago... defeated Olga Yepremian of Cal State Northridge in a three-set marathon in her first-ever match at the Division I level, 7-5, 5-7, 7-6, to open the Cal State Fullerton Fall Intercollegiate Tournament... Paired with teammates Chip Dunbar and Mai-Ly Tran in doubles, compiling a combined 8-13 record... went 4-3 at No. 3 doubles with Dunbar, including three wins against regional opponents... went 2-3 at both No. 2 and No. 3 doubles with Tran.
Hailing from San Diego and La Costa Canyon High School, Cheyenne was originally coached by her father and achieved a SCTA ranking of No. 43 in the 18-and-under division. Majoring in business administration, Cheyenne is interested in owning her own business, hopefully a tennis-related business.
