Coach Brown Previews 2010 Women's Soccer Season

FULLERTON, CA - As the opening whistle for the 2010 women's soccer season prepares to sound, Cal State Fullerton head coach Demian Brown sat down with the media relations staff to discuss his thoughts on the 2010 Titans and their upcoming campaign.

Coming off a season where Fullerton finished 6-8-5 and ended up 4-3-1 in Big West Conference play to tie for fourth, the Titans were picked to finish seventh in the league in 2010 despite returning 10 starters and 17 players overall.

Now in the fourth season under Brown's leadership, Cal State Fullerton also brings back four of its top five scorers and welcomes 11 new faces to the roster for 2010 as the Titan prepare to open the season on Friday (Aug. 20) at 7 p.m. at Cal State Bakersfield.

Fullerton will make its home debut on Monday (Aug. 23) at 2 p.m. as the Titans face their first nationally ranked test against No. 22 BYU on the first day of classes at Titan Stadium.
