2003 (SOPHOMORE): Had her best offensive yearas a sophomore, scoring two goals and three assists to finishfourth on the team in scoring... appeared in 18 matches, making 16starts, en route to All-Big West Second Team honors... Both of hergoals came in the season opener against Fairleigh Dickinson...tallied assists against Oregon, Cal State Northridge and Long BeachState.

2002 (FRESHMAN): Appeared in 16 of the Titans'18 matches, making 15 starts... named to the All-Big WestConference honorable mention squad... notched her first careergoal, and game-winner, in a 4-0 rout of San Diego State... was akey part of the Titan defense which held opponents to a then-schoolrecord-low 21 goals on the year... missed two games competing forthe Mexican Women's National Team in Gold Cup action, scoring agoal against Panama in a 5-1 victory for Mexico.

INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Has spent significant time with the Mexican Women's NationalTeam, representing that country in the 2004 Summer Olympics inAthens, Greece... She started all three matches and helped Mexicoto an appearance in the quarterfinal round... Her internationalexperience also includes scoring a goal for Mexico in a Women'sWorld Cup qualifier against Japan in 2003 and later winning abronze medal at the Pan American Games in the Dominican Republicthat same year... She also scored a goal with Mexico in a 5-1 winover Panama at the 2002 Gold Cup and competed for Mexico's U-19squad at the Youth World Cup in Canada in the summer of 2002.

A three-year varsity soccer player at Valencia HS, Sandoval alsoplayed three years of varsity volleyball and was a three-yearvarsity letterwinner in track... did not play sports as a senior...a two-time first-team all-league selection, a two-time league MVPand a two-time All-CIF selection as a sophomore and junior... shewas also a two-time all-league selection and an All-CIF selectionin volleyball.
