CAL STATE FULLERTON
2004 (REDSHIRT JUNIOR): Rebounded after serious injury to put up solid numbers as the Titans' leading playmaker... one of two players to start all 20 matches (Lauryn Welch and Ashley O'Brien)... ranked second on the team in goals (4) and points (11) while tying for second in assists (3)... scored a season-best two goals in a loss to Portland State (9.12) and also scored goals in victories over UC Davis (10.3) and Idaho (10.24)... had assists in wins over Northern Colorado (9.24), Cal State Northridge (10.17), and Idaho... her 51 shots were second only to Kandace Wilson's 57... ranked fourth in shots and fifth in shots per match among Big West leaders.

2003 (JUNIOR): Missed almost the entire 2003 season after suffering a bruised and lacerated liver in the first game of the year against Fairleigh Dickinson... she assisted on both of the Titans' goals against the Knights before leaving with the injury in the 2-1 victory.

2002 (SOPHOMORE): Appeared in 17 matches, starting 16... finished fourth on the team in scoring with nine points and tied for fourth with three goals... tied for second on the team with three assists... named to the All-Big West Conference honorable mention team... had a goal against Montana and a pair of goals in the win over UC Santa Barbara... had assists against Cal State Northridge, Utah State and the game-winning assist against UC Irvine.

SPRING 2002: Spent time in camp with the U-19 U.S. National Team.

2001 (FRESHMAN): Named the team's Rookie of the Year after starting all 20 matches as a freshman... named to the All-Big West First Team after scoring eight goals and seven assists to rank third on the team in scoring with 23 points... had a goal in seven matches... posted six points (2 goals, 2 assists) against San Francisco, which ranks in a tie for seventh on the school's list for most points in a single match.

QUARTZ HILL HS
Played four years of varsity soccer... scored 23 goals and notched 23 assists in her senior season... four-time all-league selection for soccer and was twice named the league's MVP... earned All-CIF honors her junior and senior seasons... Cox also played four years of softball as a centerfieler and three years of volleyball as a setter/rightside hitter... two-time all-league honors in softball and first-team all-league honors in volleyball her junior year... earned California Scholastic Federation Lifetime honors and earned a 4.0 all four years to be named valedictorian of her graduating class.

Born on December 20, 1983, in Lancaster, Calif... parents are Gary and Lynn... her older sister, Jodie, was an All-American pitcher/outfielder for the Cal State Fullerton softball team from 2000-03, and the two played together on the 2003 Big West Conference title-winning squad... also has a younger sister, Shannon... a business major at Cal State Fullerton... chose Fullerton because of the coach, location, and choice of majors.
