Fullerton, Calif. - John Drake scored a 13-3 major decision at 197 pounds over Calen Nicholl that carried Cal State Fullerton to an 18-15 non-conference wrestling victory Saturday night over Northern Colorado and gave the Titans a winning dual meet season at 8-7.

It was the Titans' second victory on the last match in a week and came on the heels of two similar losses.

Each team won five bouts but the Titans got bonus points from T. J. Dillashaw at 133 and Teddy Astorga at 141 as well as from Drake.

The Titans next compete in the Pac-10 championships at Cal State Bakersfield on Feb. 24 & 25.
