Unbeaten, Untied Field for Titan Tournament

His audio also will be part of the video streaming available by subscription through the Big West Conference in conjunction with CSTV. 2007 RECORDS: All four teams are unbeaten and untied after the first weekend of the season. Cal State Northridge is 1-0 while the other three teams each sport a 2-0 mark. THE COACHES: Memphis - Richie Grant, 9th year Michigan - Steve Burns, 8th year Cal State Northridge - Terry Davila, 9th year Cal State Fullerton - Bob Ammann, 2nd year SERIES HISTORIES: Fullerton has never played Michigan and is 0-1 vs. Memphis. ABOUT THE TIGERS: Memphis beat Louisville (1-0) and Evansville (2-1) to win its annual Diadora Tournament in Tennessee. Tyler Strom made 11 saves in the two wins. Jared Britcher scored two goals. ABOUT THE WOLVERINES: Michigan posted a pair of shutouts, beating Rutgers (3-0) and Hofstra (1-0). Patrick Sperry logged a pair of shutouts in the net. Mauro Fuzetti and Perica Marosevic each scored two goals. ABOUT THE MATADORS: Cal State Northridge routed Detroit-Mercy, 6-1, in its opener on Friday. Camilo Rojas came off the bench to score twice. Kevin Guppy and Peter Bomar shared time in the net. ABOUT THE TITANS: Fullerton has begun the season 2-0 for the second year in a row. But last season the Titans used a pair of 3-2 wins at San Jose State and vs. Oral Roberts to reach that stage. This year, they have done it with consecutive shutouts of Long Island (2-0) and Detroit-Mercy (1-0). Goalkeeper Brent Douglas has doubled his shutout total of the 2006 season. Seniors German Moreno, Ben Hofstetter and Amir Shafii have provided the scoring.
