Fullerton, Calif. -

Freshman Gabriel Farfan and junior Amir Shafii scored late in each half Tuesday night to give Cal State Fullerton a 2-0 men's soccer victory in a games-condition scrimmage in Titan Stadium over Concordia University.

Farfan scored with 4:49 remaining in the first half from about 20 yards out angle right and Shafii made a similar shot with less than 3 minutes to play. San Jose State transfer goalkeeper Brent Douglas logged the shutout in the nets for the Titans over the No. 18-ranked (NAIA) Eagles.

Fullerton opens its regular season Sunday afternoon at San Jose State.
