Aug. 13, 2007 Fullerton, Calif. - Former Cerritos College forward Joshua Meyer is the latest addition to Cal State Fullerton's men's soccer roster for 2007. The 6-foot-3 junior signed last week and is in Fall training camp with the Titans. He helped the Falcons to a 20-3-5 record and their first California Community College state championship last season. They were ranked No. 1 in the nation by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA), as well as being No. 1 in the state. Meyer was selected a Far-West All-American and earned first-team all-conference honors after scoring 12 goals and assisting on four others. Meyer, who prepped at Cerritos High School, also was a member of the national under-20 state team that won the national championship.
