CSF: Matt Sanders is the most experienced player in the Titans' soccer program... He has been at the heart of the Titan defense in his three seasons at Cal State Fullerton but will move to the front line for his senior campaign... He was the Titans' only first-team All-Big West Conference selection in 2008... Very physical player... Appeared in 18 matches last season, all in a starting role... Had 7 shots on goal and one score, in the season opener on Aug. 29 vs. Alabama A & M... Had one assist... Appeared in 18 matches, all as a starter, in 2007... Scored a goal in a 1-1 tie with Cal State Northridge on Oct. 3... He saw significant action in 2006 as a true freshman, appearing in 17 matches, all as a starter... Had one assist in 2006 (Sept. 10 at Stanford). |
