Fullerton in 11th Place After Round Two in Hawai'i
PRINCEVILLE, Kaua'i – Fullerton men's golf finished round two of the Warrior Princeville Makai Invitational Monday afternoon at the Makai Golf Club tied for 11th place with a score of 10-under par 566.
The Titans moved back one spot after their tied for 10th place result after round one of the tournament even at par with a score of 288.
Louisville leads the field with a 41-under par 535. Missouri and UCLA are in second and third place, respectively, after two rounds.
Freshman Dalton Daniel leads the Titans individually tied for 15th place with a score of 6-under par 138. Daniel moved up eight spots in round two from 23rd place after shooting a 4-under par 68 following his 2-under par 70 score in round one.
Derek Castillo is tied for 45th place after two days in Hawai'i at 2-under par 142. Martin Manalo is tied for 71st with a 2-over par 146 along with Matt Wilson who is also tied at 71st. Mark Cobey rounds out the Titans squad tied for 77th with a score of 3-over par 177.
Fullerton looks to improve in the third and final round of the Warrior Princeville Makai Invitational Tuesday afternoon. The Titans will be in pairings with Ole Miss, Washington and Utah Valley beginning at 11 a.m. PT.
