LAST GAME: The Titans defeated Cal State Los Angeles, 71-57, in an exhibition in Titan Gym on Nov. 4. Isiah Umipig and Kwame Vaughn led all scorers with 18 points each and Vaughn was the game's top rebounder with 8 boards.

THE COACH: Bob Burton is 134-112 in his ninth season at Cal State Fullerton and career. He has the most victories at the Div. I level and trails only Alex Omalev (139-176 in 12 years) all-time. Burton's winning percentage of .545 trails only Bobby Dye (.583, 109-78).

FRIENDLY CONFINES: Under Bob Burton, the Titans are 69-34 (.670) in Titan Gym including 35-4 (.897) in non-conference games. Fullerton has won 32 of its last 34 home non-conference games with the exceptions an 84-80 loss to Wright State on Dec. 22, 2007, and the last home non-conference game, a 71-57 loss to Montana on Dec. 22, 2010. Fullerton's all-time Div. I Titan Gym record is 294-167 (.638). Fullerton also is 1-8 in regular season home games at the Anaheim Convention Center.

ABOUT THE BULLDOGS: Redlands is the defending champion of the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference and went to the Div. III NCAA playoffs last year. Coach Jim Ducey is in his fifth season. This game is only an exhibition for Redlands.

SERIES HISTORY: Fullerton leads the series, 8-5, that dates to the 1960-61 season, Fullerton's first intercollegiate campaign in any sport. In fact, the Titans lost to Redlands, 76-66, in the second game ever played by a school then called Orange State College. Fullerton went 4-0 against the Bulldogs the next season including two meetings in the NAIA playoffs.

DIVISION I TRANSFERS: Once they step on the floor in Titan uniforms, Omondi Amoke, D. J. Seeley, John Underwood and Kwame Vaughn will bring the number of Div. I transfers to play for Coach Bob Burton to 15. Teammates Orane Chin and Andre Hardy preceded them. Two others (Sean Williams, Syracuse, academics; and Lloyd Walls, Wright State, injury) redshirted but never actually played. In Fullerton's Div. I history, they will become Nos. 35, 36, 37 and 38. In the same time frame (1975 to present), only six players have left for other Div. I programs and only one in the Burton era.
