Fullerton, Calif. - Eight of Cal State Fullerton's first 11 men's basketball games will be on the road in the 2010-11 season.
The Titans open the slate with a 3-game tournament in Hawai'i and later play road games at Pac-10 members USC and Arizona. The Nov. 24 game at the Galen Center will be only the Titans' third meeting with USC and the trip to Tucson is the fifth. Neither USC nor Arizona has ever played in Titan Gym.
Three home-and-home non-conference series against Montana (Nov. 30 and Dec.22), Cal State Bakersfield (Nov. 27 and Jan. 25) and University of San Diego (Nov. 21 and Dec. 4) comprise almost half of the 14-game non-conference schedule.
The Titans' home opener matches them against LaVerne for the first time since 1968. The Titans and Leopards will tipoff at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 18, in the opener of a doubleheader that concludes with the women's home opener vs. San Francisco.
The Big West Conference Tournament in March moves to the Honda Center this season.
