HOOVER HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Hoover High in Des Moines in 2006... his team won the Iowa Class 4A state championship with a 26-0 record... selected first-team all-state and made the state all-tournament team... averaged 12.5 points, 9.5 rebounds and 3.5 blocks for Coach Charles Zanders.
PERSONAL: Born on Jan. 30, 1988, in Des Moines, Iowa... parents are Raymond and Mandy Miller of Des Moines... one of eight children (Rayvon, Raylon, Capray, Charae, Markisha, Lakisha and Rayshawn)... communications major whose goal is to become a sports agent or own his own business... most memorable sports thrill was playing against Kevin Love in the Memorial Day Classic in New Orleans in 2006... credits Coach Zanders for most influence on his career: "Because he had the most faith in me and if he hadn't pushed me, I wouldn't be the player I am today."
