Domingo Wants to be a Titan

Feb. 4, 2011

Fullerton, Calif. - The Cal State Fullerton baseball team was honored to have three-time first-round draft pick Domingo Ayala try out for the 2011 baseball team on the first day of official practice. Head Coach Dave Serrano and the coaching staff gave Ayala a serious look to see if he could help the Titans win a fifth national championship. And now, over a series of segments you will get to see how his tryout progressed.

Ayala was born and grew up in Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic. His actual age has yet to be determined, but research has put his date of birth somewhere between 1978 and 1988. The multi-faceted player has won numerous awards and championships on the field and is a 7-time infielder of the year and and 6-time outfielder of the year.

You can see more of Domingo at his website domingobeisbol.com or on his YouTube page.
