Titans Ranked 15th in USA Today/ESPN Coaches Poll

In the final major college baseball poll of the preseason, Cal State Fullerton was ranked No. 15 in the USA Today/ESPN Top 25 Coaches Poll early Friday morning, giving the Titans a top 16 finish in four of the five polls. Baseball America did not have the Titans in its poll for the first time in 10 years.

The Titans (38-25 in 2007) will play six of the teams in the USA Today/ESPN poll: No. 1 Arizona State, No. 5 Arizona, No. 9 San Diego, No. 17 UCLA and Big West opponents Long Beach State (No. 19) and UC Irvine (No. 22).

The Titans are set to begin official workouts on Feb. 1 in preparation for the Feb. 22 season opener at TCU in Fort Worth, Texas.
