Serrano on Rivals Radio
Nashville, Ten. - Titan Head Coach Dave Serrano will be one of the first guests on the inaugural edition of the Rivals.com College Baseball Report on Rivals Radio, Wednesday, Jan. 23, at 10:30 a.m. The weekly show will be broadcast live this week on Rivals Radio (located on the Rivals.com college baseball page) and re-broadcast on Sirius Radio (Channel 123) later in the day.

The show, hosted by Chris Childers and Kendall Rogers, will offer college baseball news, stories and analysis and will feature interviews with coaches from around the country. The Rivals.com College Baseball Report will air Wednesday beginning at 10 a.m Pacific and will eventually run live on Sirius 123 after the season starts.

Titans Ranked No. 2 in Big West Coaches Poll
Irvine, Calif. - Cal State Fullerton baseball received 74 points and was ranked No. 2 in the Big West Conference, tallying four of the nine first-place votes in the annual preseason coaches poll released by the Irvine-based league office Tuesday morning.

Fullerton trailed only Long Beach State, which picked up five first-place votes and 77 total points. Cal Poly (58 points, 3rd), UC Irvine (52 points, 4th), UC Riverside (51 points, 5th), UC Santa Barbara (29 points, 6th), Pacific (24 points, 7th), Cal State Northridge (20 points, T-8th) and UC Davis (20 points, T-9th) rounded out the coaches' predictions.

Fullerton has taken home six of the last eight Big West Conference titles. Last year, the College World Series participant Titans finished 5th place in league, tying the school record for the worst league finish with a 10-11 record.

The Titans have been the coaches pick to win the Big West in every year since the 2000 season, and have been omitted from the top spot on just three occasions (2008, 1999 and 1991).

The Titans begin play o Feb. 22 at TCU, and start Big West Conference action on Mar. 28 at home with UC Riverside.

Titans Go Unranked by Baseball America
Durham, North Carolina - Despite being ranked No. 16 by Collegiate Baseball and Rivals.com, and No. 14 by the NCBWA, Baseball America has left the Titans off their Preseason Top 25 for the first time in 10 years.

The Titans were last left off the Durham-based publication's preseason list back in 1998.
