TITANS `06: Started 46 games behind the plate in 2006, hitting a career-best .277 • Had a career-best four-game hitting streak from Mar. 10 to Mar 18, going 9-for-15 (.600) in wins over East Carolina and Arizona • Posted nine multiple-hit games, three of which tied his career best of three hits in a game (Mar. 10 vs. East Carolina, Mar. 17 at Arizona and in the Titans' final game of the CWS June 21 vs. North Carolina) • Collected three RBI on Feb. 19 vs. UC Irvine and Mar. 10 vs. East Carolina • Caught 11 of 32 would-be base stealers (34 percent) from behind the dish in 58 games • Was named to the preseason watch list for the Johnny Bench Award, an honor given to the nation's top collegiate catcher • Was named to the All-Big West Conference's Second Team • Was drafted in the 24th round (732 overall) of the MLB draft by the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.

TITANS `04: Saw limited time behind the dish, hitting .208 in 23 games • Had a season-high two RBI on two occasions (Apr. 24 vs. UC Santa Barbara and May 1 vs. Cal Poly.)

HART HS: Was a two-year letterman at Hart H.S. in Newhall, Calif., where he was a first baseman and catcher for Coach Jim Ozella • Batted .365 with six homers and 23 RBI as a senior • Hit .392 with six homers his junior year when Hart posted a 26-2 record and advanced to the second round of CIF play • As a junior, twice hit a pair of homers in a game against Burroughs (Burbank) H.S. and, as a senior, hit the game-winning home run in his final league game.
