AS A JUNIOR (2012)
Richy Pedroza repeated as one of the Titans’ star players • Earned first-team All-Big West Conference honors as a second baseman (22 starts) but also started 31 games at third, one at shortstop and one as designated hitter • Missed only one game (Feb. 28 vs. San Diego State) • Led team with .324 batting average • Hit .324 vs. left-handers and .324 vs. right-handers • Also tied for lead in sacrifice bunts with seven • Was second with 34 runs and 26 walks and third with .408 on-base percentage • Tied for second with 13 two-out RBIs • Had team’s longest hitting streak at 12 games (Apr. 24-May 20, 23-for-51, .451) • Totaled 20 multiple-hit games • Led off in 34 games • Most dramatic hit was a two-out, two-run single in the bottom of the eighth inning for a 2-1 non-conference win over Long Beach State on March 16.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2011)
Called the “Pete Rose of College Baseball” by TCU Coach Jim Schlossnagle • Appeared in 44 games, 42 as a starter, around injuries to each shoulder • Started 29 games at shortstop, 10 at third base and three at second base • Earned honorable mention All-Big West • Was hitting .400 as late as Apr. 1 • Injured his right shoulder on a relay throw vs. UC Irvine on Apr. 8 • Missed four games before pinch-hitting roles vs. UCSB on Apr. 16 & 17 • Returned to starting lineup at second base at Cal Poly on Apr. 21 and promptly injured left shoulder diving for a ball • Missed four games before returning • Most dramatic hit of season was a three-run double for a 12-11 lead vs. Long Beach State on May 14 after Titans had seen a 9-0 lead turn into an 11-9 deficit • Drove in a fourth run next at bat in 14-12 win • Batted 4-for-6 vs. the 49ers on Feb. 20 and 4-for-5 in game No. 2 vs. Washington on Mar. 19 • Led team with 17 multiple-hit games • Tied for third on team with nine stolen bases • Switch-hitter was limited to the left-handed side by shoulder injuries • Shared team lead with Tyler Pill with a 10-game hitting streak Feb. 25 thru Mar. 13 (.419, 18-for-43).
AS A SOPHOMORE (2010)
Played in 37 of the Titans’ 64 games and started 33 of them • Was used as a second baseman early in the season but finished the season as the primary third baseman • Missed 27 games from Feb. 26 to Apr. 17 (except a pinch-hitting appearance on Mar. 7) due to a shoulder injury • Picked up his first career hit as a pinch hitter in his return from the injury on Apr. 17 at UC Santa Barbara • Logged his first career RBI on Apr. 23 against Cal Poly with a two-run double • Had a month-long 16-game hitting streak from Apr. 27 to May 23 when he batted .452 (28-for-62) with 13 RBI • Started all eight of the Titans’ postseason games and went 5-for-26 with two multiple-hit games on June 6 vs. Minnesota and June 12 vs. UCLA • Had 12 multiple-hit games including a season-high four-hit game (all singles) on Apr. 27 at San Diego • Had two RBIs in a game on seven occasions • Ranked third in the Big West Conference with 11 sacrifice bunts • Went 22-for-57 (.386) in Big West play and was named an All-Big West Honorable Mention third baseman.
Was a four-year letterman for the Vikings and Head Coach Darren Murphy • Helped the Vikings to four straight 20-plus win seasons, three-straight CIF postseasons and a CIF championship in 2008 • Never hit lower than .390 in his four-year career, and hit .522 as a senior in 2009 en route to All-Valle Vista League recognition as well as first-team All-CIF honors • Led the Valle Vista League as a sophomore with a .415 mark as Northview reached the CIF semi-finals • Played for the Red squad in the San Gabriel Valley All-Star game in June 2009.

Sergio was a standout for the Titans from 2003-05 when he hit .328 with 27 home runs and 121 RBI and played four seasons (2005-08) in the minors with the Dodgers and Rays, and played for the Class A Advanced Jupiter Hammerheads (Marlins) in 2011... Jaime was an All-Big West shortstop with UC Riverside and a seventh round draft pick of the Dodgers in 2007; finished 2011 with Class A-Advanced Rancho Cucamonga • Major is communications • Models his game after Florida’s Hanley Ramirez • Favorites include: Notorious B.I.G, Bone Thugs -n- Harmony and Tribal Seeds (musical artists), hunting and fishing (hobbies) and San Francisco Giants (team), Robinson Cano (baseball player), “Beat Street” and “American Gangster” (movies), James Dean (actor), and MLB.com and MiLB.com (websites).
