The Cal State Fullerton men's and women's cross country squads will be competing for the first time in almost two weeks as the Titans head east to compete at the UC Riverside Invitational on Saturday.
The men's 8K Collegiate/Open race begins at 8:45 a.m. with the women's 5K starting at 9:30 a.m. A men's 8K Invitational race kicks off the event at 7:30 a.m. while the women's 5K Invitational begins at 8:15 a.m.
The races will be run on the UC Riverside Agricultural Operations course south of the UCR campus - the very same course that will host the 2005 Big West Conference Championships on Oct. 29.
Parking is available at UC Riverside's Lot 30 at the corner of Canyon Crest and Martin Luther King, and also at the Greek Orthodox Church across the street from the course. There will be a $5 fee to park at both locations.
Results for the meet will be available on UC Riverside's athletics website by logging on to www.athletics.ucr.edu.
