TRACK & FIELD JUNIOR (2013): Participated in five events for the Titans during the 2013 outdoor track and field season...competed in four different events (1500 meter, 3000, 5000, 10,000, and the 3,000 meter steeplechase)...in the 1500-meter run he had a personal best of 4:18.60 (17th) at the Pomona Preview on March 1-2...Lintz competed in the 5000-meter run twice this season, finishing with his best time of 15:43.85 at the Ben Brown Invitational in Fullerton, Calif...in the 3000-meter steeplechase he placed 14th at the Spring Break Invite in Irvine, Calif., after posting a time of 10:34.62 on March 22-23.

CROSS COUNTRY JUNIOR (2012):
Lintz competed in three events for the Titans in 2012...finished 92nd at the UC Riverside Invite on Sept. 15 with a time of 26:38.9...His season-best finish was at the Mark Covert Classic in Brea, Calif. when he finished 61st with a time of 27:24.9. 

CROSS COUNTRY SOPHOMORE (2011): Ran in four team meets and competed as an individual once in 2011... finished 65th as an individual with a season-best time of 26:40.9 at the Titan Invitational at Oct. 21... posted his best finish of 46th at the Northridge Invitational on Oct. 15, completing the course in 27:12.36.

CROSS COUNTRY FRESHMAN (2010): Competed as an individual twice and ran in three team meets for the Titans as a rookie... posted his best time of the year with a 26:40.9 at the Northridge Invitational on Oct. 16, finishing 42nd... also broke the 27-minute mark with a 26:53.5 at the UC Riverside Invitational on Sept. 18.

EASTLAKE HIGH SCHOOL
Ran varsity cross country for three seasons (2007-09) and varsity track for three years (2008-10) for head coach Joe Stubbs... named cross country captain in 2009 and track captain in 2010... school's spring sports MVP and track team MVP in 2010... set a personal cross country best of 16:53 (5K) as a senior... also has personal bests of 2:00 in the 800m, 4:28 in the 1600m, 9:55 in the 3200m, and a 51-second split in the 4x400m.
