FULLERTON, Calif. – Cal State Fullerton track and field had three student-athletes compete at the Mt. SAC Relays on Saturday to wrap up a busy weekend for the Titans.
Corey Gilbert had a toss of 160-6 (48.92m) to take fourth place in the men's discus invitational section. After setting a school record in the women's high jump on Thursday at the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate with a clearance of 5-10 (1.78m), Iesha Hamm took eighth place in the invitational section with a clearance of 5-8 (1.73m). Bryn Williamson competed in the women's pole vault invitational section but failed to clear the opening height.
The Titans are scheduled to compete at the Penn Relays and the Steve Scott Invitational next weekend with the Big West Championships at Cal State Northridge on the horizon (May 4-5, 11-12).
