Titans Honored for Degree Completion Efforts

Cal State Fullerton ranked No. 15 in the nation and No. 1 among non-football playing institutions in the National Consortium for Academics and Sports (NCAS) Degree Completion Honor Roll for the 2006-07 academic year.

Schools are singled out for their efforts in assisting towards graduation student-athletes who have completed their eligibility, either recently or many years earlier. Fullerton had 26 student-athletes receiving assistance in 2006-07. The only other school from the West Region in the top 15 was UCLA at No. 8 with 34. Oklahoma was No. 1 with 81.

Formal acknowledgement will take place at a Founders Luncheon on Jan. 28 in Orlando, Florida.
